The Bunny Bar Crawl in Downtown Windsor is happening Friday, April 5th, 2024! One ticket gets you entry to 4+ bars all night... and more!

Grab your partner in crime and purchase your tickets before this event sells out! Our last six Bar Crawls sold out the week of the event, so don't delay! Bunny & easter-themed outfits, props, and costumes are highly encouraged! A fun Bunny Bar Crawl tasklist will be provided to each player, plus contests & games throughout the event!

What Is a Club Crawl?

Check-In

All tickets are "Will Call", and Ticket and T-shirt pickup will happen on two different dates at the "Headquarters" (The Bull & Barrel):

 

Friday, April 5, 2024: 12pm - 3pm

Friday, April 5, 2024: 6pm - 8pm

 

At check-in, you'll receive your ticket, Bunny Bar Crawl Task List, and wristband for all-access, all-night!

Teams

When purchasing tickets, you'll see different options for "TEAMS".

Anyone who purchases tickets under a certain TEAM (ex. Team 1) will be walking together for the Bar Crawl.

 

On the day of check-in, you'll be provided with a schedule of bars that your Team goes to every 45 minutes, and YES: multiple teams may be walking together... join any team you want as they are selling out!

The reason we do "Teams" is so your friends can buy on the same team that you did, so you're together all night! Once you purchased a ticket, let your friends know which team they need to buy on - but they better do it fast, because there are only 50 spots per team available!

  • Do I Need To Print My Tickets?
    A: No, we just require the mobile QR code upon arrival, or we can search by the name of the purchaser.
  • Who Supplies The Tickets?
    A: Only purchase through our Authorized Ticket Supplier which is ticketweb.ca or ticketmaster.com. Do not purchase tickets from any other website as we are not responsible for fraudulent, or lost or stolen tickets.
  • Can I Refund My Tickets?
    A: Our event tickets are non-refundable.
  • I Lost My Ticket, Or Never Received It.
    A: Please contact the customer support team at Ticketweb, help@ticketweb.ca or call 1-888-222-6608.
  • Can I Change The Size Of My Event Shirt?
    A: Shirt sizes are available on a first-come first-serve basis, but we do carry a good portion of all sizes based on previous event history. If you're concerned about your event shirt size, we suggest arriving at check-in as early as possible to be one of the first customers that are able to choose their size.
  • I Need To Purchase A Shirt, But I Already Bought My Ticket.
    A: If we have shirts available for the event, we will have an option on the main ticketing page to purchase a shirt individually.
  • Can I Change The Team I Am On?
    A: Unfortunately, we do not allow team changes.
  • I Purchase An Early Bird Ticket But I Want To Be On Another Team.
    A: All Early Bird Tickets are on one team. We are not able to change teams unfortunately.
  • What If I Can’t Pickup My Wristbands & Party Package During The Pick-Up Time?
    A: We suggest trying your best to get there during this time. Otherwise, you may send a friend to get it if they have your QR code, first & last name, and phone number to check you in.
  • What Do I Get During The Pickup Times & Why Do I Need To Come?
    A: Every event, we schedule a time for ticket holders to come and get their party package which includes their wristbands (needed for entry into each bar on the crawl), drink tickets & shirt (if necessary) as well as any other party favours that come with your ticket. We also sign-in each person on the crawl and send you a direct text message with your bar crawl schedule as well as task list. Furthermore, we verify the age of every person during ticket pickup, and this allows you to enter the venues quicker upon arrival.
  • My Friends Are Picking Up My Wristband & Party Package - What Information Do They Need?
    A: For each wristband and party package picked up, we require the first name, last name, and phone number of the ticket holder, as well as their QR code or digital ticket.
  • Does The Name On My Ticket Have To Match Who Is Attending?
    A: No it does not need to match, but we do require the first name, last name, and phone number of the person using the ticket, as well as their QR code or digital ticket.
  • Do I Need To Stick To My Teams Schedule?
    A: Yes. Our schedule containing each of the groups and bars is calculated and organized based on the number of tickets sold on each team and the participating bars legal capacity. You may be denied entry if you are not at the proper bar on the scheduled time.
  • Can I Be A Team Captain?
    A: We are always looking for new team captains! Fill out the entry form above to become a captain!
  • How Do We Know When To Go To The Next Bar?
    A: Your team captains will be responsible for “rallying the crew” and getting you to the next bar, plus your schedule will have your scheduled times for each bar visit.
  • Where Will We Meet The Rest Of Our Team?
    A: You'll meet your teammates at the first stop on your schedule!
  • What Does My Wristband Do?
    A: Your wristband is specific to this event, and it will verify that you are apart of the crawl. It might also be coloured specific to your team to verify you are at the correct bar at the right time. Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost wristbands.
